Today every order is placed on the Amazon listing linked from the product page, and Amazon's own shipping terms apply to it. The terms below cover orders placed on this site, which is not open yet.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. There is no international shipping.

We cannot deliver to a PO box. Our fulfilment network hands the parcel to a carrier that needs a street address, so orders to a PO box are turned away at checkout rather than accepted and cancelled later.

What it costs

Standard shipping is included in the price of a multi-pack. The price on the product page is the price of the order.

Faster delivery is offered as a paid upgrade at checkout where the fulfilment network can carry it.

Who carries it

Orders ship from Amazon's fulfilment network, which is where our stock lives. The box may carry Amazon's branding.

You get tracking as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Something went wrong

Email hello@thegranolabakery.com with your order number and we will sort it out. A parcel that does not arrive, or arrives damaged, is refunded or replaced.
